Instructions

Phase A – Disperse with sheer mixing Phase A ingredients in main vessel. Phase B – In a separate vessel, sheer mix Phase B ingredients dispersing the color evenly throughout. Once both are uniform, add Phase B ingredients to Phase A main vessel, then homogenize at 3,000 to 5,000 rpm for 5 minutes. Note: Make sure batch is uniform and that there are no streaks. Phase C – Disperse Phase C into batch with homogenizer for an additional 5 minutes. Phase D and E – Discontinue homogenizing and sheer mix Phase D and E into batch. Check the pH of the batch, if below 7.0, adjust to between 7.0 – 7.5 using a neutralizer.
